Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent or in process of completing same
  • must be able to complete CBC driver training, pass a MVR according to CBC standards and maintain a valid drivers license with insurance
  • state foodhandler card/ServSafe certification as applicable
  • preferably a minimum of 3 months work experience in a guest service capacity
  • restaurant or retail environment preferred
  • possess strong guest service and communication skills
  • must be able to read, write and speak English
  • must be proficient in basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

Job Duties

  • Reviews prep sheets for food preparation
  • begins and completes baking/food preparation
  • assembles catering food in baskets, trays and bowls
  • makes deliveries by vehicle or by foot as assigned
  • responsible for breakfast and lunch preparation and set up for next day orders
  • works FOH or BOH as required (secondary functions listed below)
  • responsible for clean-up duties
  • empties trash as required
  • maintains abundant FOH displays and condiment stations
  • checks bathrooms
  • busses tables
  • prepares food to spec and order request
  • responsible for maintaining accurate cash flow and integrity of financial transactions
  • prepare and organize food for delivery to guest
