The role of Barista at Arc'teryx offers a unique opportunity to become the face of the brand within the 580 Broadway retail location. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience by crafting high-quality beverages while embodying the brand's values and passion for the outdoors. In this role, you'll develop both personally and professionally as you work alongside a team that supports your growth and celebrates achievements. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness and safety in the cafe space, efficiently using point-of-sale systems, managing inventory through receiving and unpacking shipments, and collaborating closely with store leadership on initiatives that enhance the overall guest experience. You will also play a key role in feedback loops that aim at improving sales and in-store experiences.

Availability during peak periods such as Black Friday and the holiday season is required to meet business needs.
