Job Requirements
- No previous experience required
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food, cash handling and safety with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers including responding to needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders including recipe changes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including adjustments in temperature and ingredients
- Engage with and understand customers to provide a pleasant and personalized experience
- Maintain store operating policies including cash handling and store safety
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift including cleaning and stocking
- Build positive relationships with team members and customers
- Ensure quality control in every product served
- Respond to customer needs with clear and friendly communication
