Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
proven experience in food service or hospitality
knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS or Aloha POS
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
strong attention to detail
ability to stand for extended periods
basic math skills for cash handling
knowledge of food safety regulations
ability to handle cash responsibly

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings
strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
excellent time management skills
solid understanding of food safety standards and food handling procedures
ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions
experience serving in banquet or catering settings is a plus
exceptional customer service skills

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly
take beverage and food orders accurately using POS systems such as Toast POS
serve drinks, cocktails, and food promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area adhering to food safety and food handling protocols
provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations
assist in setting up for special events like banquets or catering functions
monitor guest consumption responsibly and promote responsible drinking
