Job Description
Tower Club Fort Lauderdale is currently seeking a Banquet Sous Chef to work in coordination with the Executive Chef to oversee all Banquet/Events and manage back-of-house staff during a la carte services. The Banquet Sous Chef acts as a liaison between kitchen staff, the Executive Chef, and front-of-house management, attending BEO meetings and ensuring full comprehension of discussed information.
