The Guest Service Associate (GSA) role at Global Partners is integral to maintaining the high standards and customer-centric values the company upholds. Physical stamina is necessary since the job may require working in different temperature conditions such as outside environments or coolers, as well as performing physical activities like climbing ladders, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, and accessing all areas of the store. Basic computer skills are needed for tasks such as managing POS transactions and completing required paperwork accurately. The compensation for this role ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, with the final offer depending on experience, skills, and geographic location.
