The group's flagship restaurant, Formento's, opened in September 2008 in Chicago's Fulton Market District. This Italian eatery pays homage to the owner's grandmother, "Nonna Formento."

The menu features both traditional family recipes and modern dishes crafted by Executive Chef David Schwartz. The extensive wine list boasts over 600 varietals from around the world, enhancing the dining experience with a global selection.

Additional Establishments

Adjacent to Formento's is Nonna's, an Italian sandwich and retail shop that opened in March 2012. Nonna's provides made-to-order sandwiches, homemade pastries, and desserts, all prepared in Formento's kitchen.

This establishment offers a convenient option for guests seeking quality Italian fare on the go or in a casual setting.

In collaboration with Boka Restaurant Group, B. Hospitality Co. launched Swift & Sons in March 2015. Located in Chicago's Fulton Market District, this American steakhouse reimagines the classic steakhouse experience with a modern twist.

The design draws inspiration from the 19th-century cattle trade, featuring high ceilings, stained glass lighting, and mosaic marble floors, creating an ambiance that honors the building's history as a former cold storage facility.
