Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of food and beverage industry experience
- At least 5 years in a management or leadership role
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of food and beverage experience preferred
- 5 years in a leadership role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced busy environment with minimal supervision
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Well-groomed appearance
- Experience in managing teams and operations in hospitality
Job Duties
- Hire, train, motivate, and communicate with staff to deliver first-class service
- Manage facility and equipment to ensure proper working order
- Ensure high quality food preparation and service
- Create a positive work environment representing the Butler brand
- Maintain consistent, high-quality service standards through training and feedback
- Evaluate employee performance and build reward and recognition systems
- Produce regular and special reports and maintain records
- Propose staff changes and manage vacation requests and absences
- Collaborate with other departments and leaders to promote cross training and efficient operations
- Work any shift, any day, and long hours when necessary
