Operational oversight includes preparing and producing regular and special reports, maintaining detailed records and files, and managing staff scheduling, vacation requests, and absences to ensure smooth departmental functions. Cooperation and close working relationships with other hotel departments and their leaders are essential to foster cross-training opportunities and enhance overall operational efficiency.
This position demands flexibility, including the willingness to work any shift, any day, and for extended hours when necessary. The ideal candidate brings 7 to 10 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. A well-groomed appearance and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and busy environment are also important traits. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of food and beverage industry experience
- At least 5 years in a management or leadership role
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
