Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years of food and beverage industry experience
  • At least 5 years in a management or leadership role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • 7 to 10 years of food and beverage experience preferred
  • 5 years in a leadership role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced busy environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Well-groomed appearance
  • Experience in managing teams and operations in hospitality

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, motivate, and communicate with staff to deliver first-class service
  • Manage facility and equipment to ensure proper working order
  • Ensure high quality food preparation and service
  • Create a positive work environment representing the Butler brand
  • Maintain consistent, high-quality service standards through training and feedback
  • Evaluate employee performance and build reward and recognition systems
  • Produce regular and special reports and maintain records
  • Propose staff changes and manage vacation requests and absences
  • Collaborate with other departments and leaders to promote cross training and efficient operations
  • Work any shift, any day, and long hours when necessary
