The role of Server is vital for maintaining the restaurant’s reputation for excellent service and customer satisfaction. The Server reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for delivering food and beverage services to guests in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner. This role requires the individual to greet customers promptly, present menus and wine lists, explain daily specials, and possess in-depth knowledge of all menu items including preparation methods, ingredients, portion sizes, presentation, and pricing. The Server must take accurate orders and ensure timely transmission to the kitchen and bar while coordinating any special requests with kitchen staff to make sure guests have the best possible experience.

An essential part of the Server's responsibilities includes opening and presenting wines professionally, maintaining compliance with state liquor laws, and verifying the legal drinking age of customers. This individual must review orders before delivery to customers to ensure accuracy and presentation quality, refill beverages as needed, suggest desserts, and manage billing and payment transactions efficiently. The Server also plays a pivotal role in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness according to established standards and must be capable of resolving any customer complaints with discretion and professionalism, while escalating issues to management when necessary. The position demands a proactive and adaptable team player who can assist colleagues to guarantee optimal service is consistently delivered.

Candidates for this role should embody strong organizational skills, a flexible and enthusiastic approach to changing priorities, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Job Requirements
