Position: Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager, Executive Search
About: Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Executive Search to oversee full lifecycle executive sourcing and recruitment strategies across the company. This role will collaborate closely with C-Suite leaders to identify external candidates, design innovative recruiting programs, and ensure successful hiring outcomes. Additionally, the individual will build relationships with internal partners to enhance the overall recruitment and integration process.
Requirements: Bs or BA in business, HR, or related field – or equivalent years of relevant experience; 7+ years of experience as a full life cycle recruitment professional, leading search and hiring team relationships; Experience collaborating with executives and C-suite customers; High emotional and intellectual IQ; Proven success in attracting executive talent across multiple functions and industries; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Demonstrated ability to lead complex executive search processes; High integrity, confidentiality, and customer service orientation
