Position: Specialty Cook – Longhouse Buffet
About: Prairie Band Casino & Resort, a casino and resort located in Kansas, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cook to join their culinary team. The Cook will be responsible for preparing specialty food items according to standard recipes in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and food quality standards are met. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team at the casino’s various dining outlets.
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age and possess a High School diploma or GED; experience in a kitchen environment preferred; familiarity with various kitchen equipment and cooking techniques required; ability to work in physically and mentally demanding situations; proficiency in English language; ability to meet physical work requirements outlined by the Department of Labor
