About: The Dietary Department is seeking a Cook to join our team. The Cook will assist in preparing menus, inventory control, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment while ensuring the food is prepared in an appetizing manner.
Requirements: Must have a high school education; experience in cooking for large groups a plus; certified in food-preparation training preferred; knowledge of state food-handling and kitchen regulations; knowledge of OSHA Standards and fire and safety procedures
