Sous Chef

Desert Mountain Club, one of the largest private country clubs in North America and a top 8 club in the country, is seeking a Sous Chef to join the culinary team led by Maitre Cuisinier de France, Chef Bertrand Bouquin. The club features seven signature golf courses, seven distinctive clubhouses each with unique dining options, a state-of-the-art fitness center, swim and tennis facilities, and a spa.
