Position: Sous Chef job
About: A prestigious restaurant in need of a skilled and detail-oriented Sous Chef to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the highest culinary standards are maintained, stepping in when the Executive Chef is absent, and adhering to all safety protocols seamlessly.
Requirements: Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; six months to one year of related experience and/or training; strong ability to read, interpret, and communicate effectively with staff and customers; proficient in mathematical calculations and reasoning skills
