Position: Sous Chef (Cotino™)

About: Cotino, a Storyliving by Disney community located in Rancho Mirage, California, is seeking a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations for the Artisan Club restaurants, beach bar, and events. This role involves implementing sustainability initiatives, managing food costs, and ensuring exceptional dining experiences for Club Members in various service styles.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of culinary experience in a Club or fine dining environment; minimum two years of culinary management experience; ServSafe certification; computer skills in Excel, writing, and food costing; ability to work flexible schedules; strong communication skills; proficiency in culinary fundamentals and menu creation; experience in managing labor costs and financial reports; proven leadership and development skills
