Requirements: Degree or certification from an accredited culinary arts institute or apprenticeship certification from the American Culinary Federation; Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a high-volume full-service food operation; Proven track record of improving kitchen efficiencies, quality, and costs; Excellent leadership, financial analysis, team-building, and communication skills; Knowledge of kitchen sanitation, equipment operation, and maintenance; Detail-oriented, organized, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Flexibility to work extended hours, nights, weekends, holidays, and travel may be required.
