Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Hooters of America LLC is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team at Hooters of La Vista. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing various areas of operation including Hospitality, Guest Satisfaction, Safety, Cleanliness, Drink Presentation, and Atmosphere. They assist the General Manager in ensuring efficient operations, vendor management, employee selection, training, and development. The role also involves overseeing performance management, business administration, and promoting the business to enhance sales and guest satisfaction. Hooters is known for its iconic concept with over 450 restaurants worldwide, offering a comprehensive paid-training program to develop leadership qualities and support career advancement within the organization.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED; 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast-paced environment; completed food safety/sanitation training; at least 21 years old; basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel; general knowledge in full-service restaurant operations/hospitality industry; strong organization, planning, and operational skills; ability to communicate effectively and build relationships; handle confidential information and changing priorities
