Position: Restaurant Kitchen Manager

About: Red Robin, a high-volume, full-service restaurant known for its laid-back atmosphere and uniquely quirky vibe, is seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day kitchen operations and uphold company standards. The role involves inventory management, ordering, and focusing on key P&L lines to drive restaurant success. The Kitchen Manager fosters a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional guest experience through scratch cooking and gourmet offerings.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years of management experience; open availability including nights, weekends, holidays; reliable transportation; strong communication and leadership skills; strong P&L knowledge; ability to obtain required certifications/permits; working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, & Word
