Position: Restaurant Kitchen Manager

About: Red Robin, a high-volume, full-service restaurant known for its laid-back atmosphere and uniquely quirky vibe, is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Kitchen Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day kitchen operations and uphold the company’s standards. This role plays a critical part in the success of the restaurant, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional guest experiences through scratch cooking and gourmet burgers.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of management experience; open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable transportation; strong communication and exceptional leadership skills; strong P&L knowledge; able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law; working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word.
