Position: Pizza Maker
About: Aprile is seeking an energetic candidate with experience in hand-making pizza dough and operating wood fire pizza ovens. The ideal candidate should be familiar with restaurant kitchen procedures, food prep, and setting up supply stations to ensure guest satisfaction at Aprile.
Requirements: Minimum 2 to 3 years of pizza making experience; Full-service restaurant kitchen experience preferred. Consistent use and promotion of safe and sanitary food handling practices; Efficient preparation of pizzas per customer order; Assistance with operating kitchen equipment and maintaining kitchen cleanliness; Flexibility with schedule; Punctuality, responsibility, and reliable transportation.
