Position: Kitchen Manager job
About: Saddlehill Cellars features a 350-seat farm-to-table bistro with a tasting room for wine tastings that is open from 12-9 Wed-Sat and 10-5 on Sundays. Their menu offers delicious options primarily made with farm-produced ingredients. In addition to selling estate-crafted wines in the retail shop and through the wine club, they also offer foods made from ingredients grown on the farm, fruit orchard, and vegetable fields like jams, sauces, spreads, and honey.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant environment; Strong culinary background with a comprehensive understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques; Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; Exceptional organizational and time management abilities; In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations; Proficient in inventory management and cost control procedures; Experience with Toast POS and XtraChef preferred
