Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous hospitality or food and beverage service experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications including Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler's Card
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Commitment to following company policies and safety protocols
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage professionally with guests and coworkers
- Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler's Card as per state regulations
Job Duties
- Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and ensuring every need is met
- Know the menu inside and out including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines
- Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately keeping orders spot-on and guests happy
- Manage multiple tables effectively while keeping service smooth and areas clean
- Handle transactions with precision, close checks confidently, and follow company security protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the service area adhering to hygiene and certification standards
- Stay energized and physically active throughout shifts, demonstrating stamina and endurance
