Position: Executive Sous Chef
About: An upscale hotel in search of an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join their culinary team and support the Executive Chef in maintaining the highest quality cuisine. This role involves overseeing kitchen operations, managing culinary staff, developing menus, and ensuring cost control measures are implemented effectively.
Requirements: Culinary education and/or relevant on-the-job training; at least 3 years of high-volume cooking experience; in-depth knowledge of kitchen operations; proficiency in English (bilingual in Spanish a plus); strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and exceed guest expectations
