Position: Executive Chef job
About: Landry’s, Inc. is seeking a dedicated individual to ensure excellence in guest satisfaction through a ‘Do Whatever It Takes Attitude’ and a hands-on, lead by example management style. This position involves managing all back of house staff in an upscale/fine dining kitchen, including ongoing training for the Executive Chef and the restaurant team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in managing back of house staff in an upscale/fine dining kitchen; strong leadership and training skills
