Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handling Certification as per standards
- Prior experience in customer service or cash handling
- Ability to work full-time shifts
- Must follow hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physically able to perform duties including lifting and standing
- Compliance with company dress code and PPE use
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, social environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service is beneficial
- Previous exposure to cash handling is advantageous
- Experience as a barista is preferred but not compulsory
- Basic understanding of math and ability to count accurately
- Ability to operate autonomously with minimal supervision
- Proficient English reading and communication skills
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Food Handling Certification required
- Ability to follow specified attire guidelines
- Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
Job Duties
- Manage cash and credit card transactions by operating a register/POS system accurately
- Extend a friendly welcome and aid to clients, predicting their needs to create a satisfactory interaction
- Follow brand directives when preparing and delivering coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Comply with location standards in the preparation and serving of food items to customers
- Keep the cash drawer in order, complete necessary cashier documentation, and process bank deposits efficiently
- Respect and conform to Aramark's regulations and protocols for handling cash transactions
- Set up and dismantle coffee bar, stations, or store emphasizing cleanliness and order
- Regularly sanitize equipment to maintain a clean and hygienic work area
- Supply beverage coolers, snacks, service items, and condiment options
- Abide by guidelines related to food and drink preparation to uphold sanitation practices and ensure safe consumption
- Undertake miscellaneous assignments as directed by managers
