The mission of EVEN Kitchen & Bar is to enhance the guest experience by offering nutritious and delicious menu options that support their health and wellness goals. The establishment is part of a growing hotel brand that emphasizes sustainable and health-conscious practices, aiming to offer guests a rejuvenating stay centered on well-being. Responsibilities extend beyond bartending and serving to include assisting guests with tablet ordering, managing the grab-and-go market, supporting meeting setups, and occasionally helping with guest check-in and checkout or Athletic Studio support. The position requires a blend of hospitality skills, nutritional knowledge, and a passion for wellness, making it ideal for candidates who are eager to contribute to a wellness-focused food and beverage environment.

Key duties include engaging guests to upsell healthy food and drink options, preparing and serving beverages including specialty cocktails, managing inventory and supply levels, and ensuring that areas remain clean and inviting throughout the shift. Notably, the Bartender & Server is responsible for processing payments securely and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, alongside supporting environmentally friendly initiatives as part of the company’s Green Engage program. This role is suitable for candidates with prior restaurant and bartending experience who thrive in an environment where health and nutrition education is valued. The flexible part-time schedule often includes nights, weekends, and holidays, catering to the needs of a vibrant hospitality setting.
