Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School (MHS) offers an exceptional career-focused education with housing, meals, and full coverage of all costs for students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. The school was founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, fully endowed to provide students and staff with the resources needed to thrive. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students, offering a consistent family-like structure and handling various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
