Job Description

Milton Hershey School (MHS) provides an exceptional career-focused education with housing, meals, and more to students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, the school is fully endowed, offering resources for students and staff to thrive. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a family-like structure.
