Job Requirements

  • weekend availability
  • willingness to travel within New England
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to lift and carry equipment
  • flexibility to work irregular hours
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • minimum two years of event planning experience
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • proven ability to work effectively under pressure
  • knowledge of wedding day operations and vendor coordination
  • familiarity with New England wedding venues
  • ability to maintain composure in fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • execute the wedding day timeline with precision
  • oversee vendor setups and ensure compliance with event specifications
  • maintain clear and constant communication with the lead planner and vendors
  • provide responsive and professional customer service to couples and their guests
  • troubleshoot and resolve any last-minute issues calmly and efficiently
  • assist in managing day-of logistics and coordinate transportation or schedules as needed
  • ensure all event areas are clean and organized before, during, and after the wedding
