The roles available include Warehouse Associate positions with both day and night shifts and Warehouse Management Trainee positions for nights. Warehouse Associates enjoy pay ranging from $26 to $36 per hour depending on shift and include a $4 shift differential for night shifts. Their full-time schedules vary with options for Monday through Friday daytime hours or Sunday through Thursday nighttime shifts. Warehouse Associates are responsible for unloading shipments, loading outbound trailers with Uline products, and maintaining high performance every day. This role requires candidates to be comfortable with physically demanding tasks including moving packages weighing 50 to 70 lbs and operating warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet. The Warehouse Management Trainee position offers pay from $32 to $36 per hour, also including a $4 shift differential, and is a structured 18-month rotational program designed to develop comprehensive warehouse management skills. Trainees gain hands-on experience across inbound, outbound, and supporting departments, including forklift and warehouse equipment certifications. This program is tailored for those with a bachelor’s degree who are eager to learn quickly, work as part of a team, multitask efficiently, and demonstrate keen problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
