Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related field
  • Or 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or related major
  • At least 1 year experience in guest services or related area
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities

Job Duties

  • Supervises day-to-day concierge operations ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
  • Assists in developing goals and plans to prioritize and organize work
  • Keeps concierge team focused on critical operations to drive guest satisfaction and financial results
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with local attractions and businesses to enhance guest experiences
  • Provides recommendations and arranges guest services such as transportation, dining, and personal requests
  • Maintains awareness of guest needs including VIP and repeat guests and handles check-in/check-out services
  • Responds to guest problems, emergencies, and complaints effectively
  • Oversees grooming and attire standards of concierge staff
  • Supervises and leads concierge team fostering collaboration, integrity, and excellent service
  • Manages staffing levels to meet operational and financial objectives
  • Supports human resource activities including coaching, training, hiring, and discipline
  • Participates in departmental meetings and communicates front-of-house goals
