Job Duties
- Parks and retrieves resident and guest vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- completes Museum Tower house car driving training and evaluation program
- drives and maneuvers various types and sizes of vehicles safely
- operates house car shuttle service professionally
- reports concerns and incidents to management promptly
- operates both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- provides claim checks and instructions to residents and guests
- demonstrates superior customer service and a friendly demeanor
- greets and directs residents and guests warmly
- works in outdoor weather conditions
- documents incidents, activity logs, and vehicle conditions accurately
- adheres to front desk procedures and emergency response protocols
- walks resident dogs and cleans up after pets upon request
- complies with FirstService Residential standards for resident and guest services
