Professional and welcoming attitude
Ability to produce consistent quality dishes
Strong plate presentation skills
Knowledge of food cost control and kitchen organization

Job Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in fast-paced upscale or fine dining
Experience as a member of culinary management
Proficiency with Microsoft applications
Knowledge of Aloha POS preferred
Strong leadership skills
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

Job Duties

Lead kitchen operations during shifts
Ensure high-quality, consistent food production
Maintain plate presentation and culinary standards
Oversee kitchen organization and food cost control
Monitor health department compliance
Manage and mentor culinary staff
