The Dining Room Manager plays a critical leadership role in orchestrating the daily operations of our restaurant. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 per year, along with eligibility for quarterly performance-based bonuses. The Dining Room Manager will lead a dedicated team, fostering skill development and maintaining high standards of service and culinary knowledge. This role also involves managing guest relations, staff coordination, and operational efficiency to support sustained growth in sales and profitability. Working closely with other management team members and corporate support, the Dining Room Manager will implement best practices to enhance the dining experience and promote continuous improvement in all facets of restaurant management.
