Job Requirements
- Experience in a leadership role such as manager or assistant general manager
- Ability to work varied shifts across front-of-house and back-of-house
- Demonstrated servant-leadership qualities and passion for employee development
- Proven track record in managing sales growth and operational standards
- Experience with P&L management, scheduling, and inventory ordering
- Strong communication and feedback skills
- Commitment to creating and maintaining a positive team culture
Job Qualifications
- Must be open to working shifts in all areas of responsibility, including the heart of the house
- Servant-leadership style and passion for people
- 2+ years in a leadership role as a manager or assistant general manager
- Polished-casual, upscale, or fine-dining experience preferred
- Preference of no more than two jobs in 5 years
- Experience managing a P&L, scheduling, and ordering/inventory
- Enjoys hands-on leadership in a scratch-kitchen restaurant
Job Duties
- Deliver outstanding guest experience to every guest through highly trained and supported team members
- Create a culture focused on its people as the number one asset
- Daily supervision of the hourly team members, providing feedback and support on time
- Drive sales growth through operational excellence and outstanding training of team members
- Quality of operations through adherence to company standards and team member accountability
- Deliver great profitability and guest experience to every guest
