Job Requirements

Experience in a leadership role such as manager or assistant general manager
Ability to work varied shifts across front-of-house and back-of-house
Demonstrated servant-leadership qualities and passion for employee development
Proven track record in managing sales growth and operational standards
Experience with P&L management, scheduling, and inventory ordering
Strong communication and feedback skills
Commitment to creating and maintaining a positive team culture

Job Qualifications

Must be open to working shifts in all areas of responsibility, including the heart of the house
Servant-leadership style and passion for people
2+ years in a leadership role as a manager or assistant general manager
Polished-casual, upscale, or fine-dining experience preferred
Preference of no more than two jobs in 5 years
Experience managing a P&L, scheduling, and ordering/inventory
Enjoys hands-on leadership in a scratch-kitchen restaurant

Job Duties

Deliver outstanding guest experience to every guest through highly trained and supported team members
Create a culture focused on its people as the number one asset
Daily supervision of the hourly team members, providing feedback and support on time
Drive sales growth through operational excellence and outstanding training of team members
Quality of operations through adherence to company standards and team member accountability
Deliver great profitability and guest experience to every guest
