Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years managerial experience
- experience in upscale or fine-dining restaurant environments preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including front-of-house and back-of-house
- strong leadership and communication skills
- proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and inventory
- commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- passion for servant-leadership and team development
Job Qualifications
- must be open to working shifts in all areas of responsibility, including the heart of the house
- servant-leadership style and passion for people
- 2+ years in a leadership role as a manager or assistant general manager
- polished-casual, upscale, or fine-dining experience preferred
- preference of no more than two jobs in 5 years
- experience managing a p&l, scheduling, and ordering/inventory
- enjoys hands-on leadership in a scratch-kitchen restaurant
Job Duties
