We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Upscale Casual Full-Service Executive Chef. This role is designed for a culinary expert who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating spectacular dining experiences. The Executive Chef will work closely alongside the Culinary Manager to ensure operational efficiency and maintain cost-effective kitchen systems. A key component of this position is developing and training staff members, instilling a positive team culture, and ensuring open and effective communication among all team members and supervisors. This is a full-time leadership role within one of our vibrant full-service restaurants, offering plenty of room for career advancement within our growing hospitality group. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in kitchen management, culinary innovation, and a collaborative team spirit. Experience with Irish cuisine is considered a plus, but not mandatory. We emphasize multi-tasking abilities, strong listening skills, and teamwork as critical to success in this role.
