Job Requirements

Flexibility to work varied schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Experience as an executive chef or similar role with a focus on Japanese cuisine
Ability to demonstrate servant leadership and support team members and guests
Hands-on approach working alongside team during prep and service
Experience managing restaurant financials including food costs and labor
Ability to travel and adapt to multiple locations
Commitment to maintaining high-quality food preparation and safety standards
