Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a sous chef or similar leadership role in food service
  • experience in healthcare, hospitality, or high-volume food service preferred
  • willingness to travel extensively up to 80% of the time
  • strong knowledge of food safety standards
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams

Job Duties

  • Travel to hospital locations across the country to provide culinary support as needed

  • maintain compliance with healthcare food service regulations and dietary requirements
  • bring creativity and leadership to enhance patient, staff, and visitor dining experiences
