Job Description
The Indigo Road Hospitality Group, founded in 2009 by Steve Palmer, is dedicated to redefining the hospitality industry through prioritizing the well-being of its team members to ensure exceptional care for guests. The group is currently seeking a Traveling Executive Chef to join its culinary and operational leadership team, with a primary focus on supporting the Snowbird Lodge and critical new openings within the diverse portfolio.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of Executive Chef experience managing scratch kitchens
- strong understanding of restaurant operations and integration between front-of-house and back-of-house
- excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- proven financial acumen in managing restaurant financials including food costs and labor
- ability to travel extensively and work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
