Teppan Chef

Responsible for engaging, entertaining, interacting, and providing a unique dining experience to guests by cooking and preparing hot meals on hibachi tables. Ensures correct food portions and maintains kitchen areas clean. Performs shift opening and closing duties, follows food safety standards, and interacts courteously with guests. Must have a High School diploma or GED and pass Benihana chef training. Previous chef or cook experience is highly desirable.
