Job Description

Nourish is a pioneering health tech company dedicated to transforming the way nutrition therapy is delivered and accessed across the United States. Founded with a mission to help 100 million people live healthier, longer lives, Nourish focuses on expanding access to evidence-based, insurance-covered nutrition care. Since its inception in 2021, Nourish has rapidly grown by combining clinical expertise with innovative technology, enabling Registered Dietitians (RDs) to provide high-quality care without the administrative and billing burdens typically associated with private practice or healthcare settings. Nourish supports thousands of RDs nationwide, fostering a community of professionals committed to making a meaningful impact on patient health and wellness.

Nourish offers a fully remote working environment allowing RDs to work from anywhere within the U.S., providing exceptional flexibility and work-life balance. Employment options include both full-time and part-time roles with flexible scheduling, providing RDs with control over their workload and professional commitments. Compensation is competitive, with a guaranteed rate of $50 to $55 per session. Additionally, Nourish offers a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), continuing education credits, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, flexible scheduling, and round-the-clock clinical support. Full-time employees are eligible for additional benefits such as parental leave, health savings accounts (HSA)/flexible spending accounts (FSA), home and technology stipends, mental health support membership via Talkspace, supplemental life insurance, voluntary short-term and long-term disability insurance, and potential stock options.

The role of a Registered Dietitian at Nourish is centered on delivering high-impact, patient-focused nutrition care by providing weekly evidence-based counseling tailored to each patient's unique needs. RDs empower patients to achieve sustainable behavior change and effectively manage chronic conditions through a compassionate approach that integrates the latest nutrition science with personalized strategies. The position requires maintaining strict ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism while leveraging Nourish’s proprietary platform to support patient engagement between sessions. Registered Dietitians work closely with the Clinical Support team, which handles insurance claims, billing, and marketing, enabling RDs to focus exclusively on clinical care and patient outcomes.

Joining Nourish means becoming part of a collaborative and mission-driven culture that prioritizes professional growth, support, and patient success. Most new RDs begin seeing patients within two weeks of joining, ensuring swift integration into the team and early engagement with meaningful clinical work. Nourish's clinical philosophy emphasizes meeting patients where they are through personalized care plans, continuous outcome tracking, collaboration with broader care teams, and data-driven quality improvement. This innovative, tech-enabled approach equips RDs with the tools needed to deliver measurable health improvements while reducing the traditional administrative workload. Nourish values flexibility, competitive compensation, and a supportive environment, making it an ideal place for Registered Dietitians passionate about transforming nutrition care and patient health nationwide.
