The position of Team Member at Fresh Dining Concepts LLC involves a hands-on role in the preparation and presentation of Auntie Anne's and/or Cinnabon products. This role is critical to delivering on the brand promise of fresh, high-quality food and exceptional guest service. Team Members are responsible not only for crafting products such as pretzels, cinnamon buns, lemonades, and yogurt, but also for ensuring the store is clean, well-maintained, and operating smoothly. This requires a balanced combination of culinary skills, customer service aptitude, and operational awareness.
Day-to-day, a Team Member prepares doughs and brand-specific products, rolling, twisting, dipping, shaping, baking, and packaging items to meet the standards of Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon. They handle specialized tasks like managing ovens and warmers to ensure products have the correct baking time and color. Preparing beverages and bagging orders safely and efficiently is also part of the role, as is making guests feel welcome through attentive and courteous service. Team Members actively engage with customers, taking orders, suggesting products to enhance profitability, and even offering samples to entice potential buyers.
Additionally, this role requires maintaining equipment and utensil setup for store opening and thorough cleaning during closing time, all while adhering strictly to company hygiene, appearance standards, and health regulations. Complying with Fresh Dining Concepts policies and federal and state regulations such as OSHA and EPA is also an essential part of the job. The Team Member position offers an opportunity to grow within the company, with full-time status achievable through performance and schedule availability. The ideal candidate will have up to one year of experience in the food service or retail sector, a current or attainable food handler certification, and a solid foundation in basic math and reading. The ability to understand and follow instructions in English, coupled with excellent people skills and a positive attitude, is central to success in this role. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with POS systems and retail devices, along with a general understanding of food industry operations. Physically, the job requires standing, walking, bending, and repetitive hand motions, as well as the ability to lift 50 or more pounds. Age requirements specify a minimum age of 16 to operate ovens and 18 to operate mixers, ensuring safety compliance.

Job Duties
- Prepare dough and other products (lemonade, butter, dips, Cinnabons, and yogurt)
- roll, twist, dip, shape, bake, and bag pretzels, Cinnabons, yogurt
- prepare specialty pretzels or other brand products for Cinnabon
- insert, rotate, and remove pretzel/Cinnabon trays
- monitor ovens for correct baking time and product color
- dip, drain, and fill pretzels/Cinnabons in the warmer/hot plate
- prepare drinks and bag orders using appropriate health and safety measures
- exhibit a friendly and courteous attitude toward guests and co-workers
- host, greet, and serve guests with a smile, and take orders
- suggest and upsell products professionally
- operate the point-of-sale system efficiently
