This job posting is for a position within a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Jack in the Box Inc. Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
  • punctuality and dependability
  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 65 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
  • ability to stand and walk approximately 90 to 95 percent of shift
  • ability to lift and carry 10 to 65 pounds
  • ability to take guests orders, operate a cash register, and read video monitors
  • ability and desire to work in a very fast-paced environment
