Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum three years of relevant experience
- Strong project and people management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop detailed project plans
- Knowledge of business foundations including strategy, finance, operations, product and project management
- Ability to collaborate with technical resources
- Demonstrated creativity and initiative
- Positive and team-oriented attitude
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or four years of work experience above the minimum qualification
- Three years of experience
- Working knowledge of LMS (a plus)
- Leadership curriculum design and facilitation (a plus)
- Managing business resource teams (a plus)
Job Duties
- Assist in the strategic design of talent management programs to help attraction, development, retention and motivation of a high quality and high performing workforce
- Partner with team in development, facilitation and measurement of leadership programs and courses
- Support Communities of Belonging (COBs) in building a culture of belonging across BSWH
- Assist team with annual people processes involving engagement, performance, talent planning and annual training
- Evaluate processes and procedures to identify opportunities for process improvement
