Job Requirements

  • management experience in a professional kitchen
  • strong knowledge of Japanese culinary techniques
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • collaborate with the sushi chef on menu development
  • manage inventory and order supplies
  • ensure all dishes meet quality and presentation standards
