Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh, tasty, and quality food items according to Kura Sushi standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations consistently
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Multi-task efficiently during busy periods to meet demand
- Learn and apply techniques specific to sushi preparation
- Support inventory management and food storage procedures
