Job Requirements
- minimum of 1 year sushi chef experience
- ability to maintain professional and courteous demeanor
- ability to entertain and perform in front of guests
- teamwork skills
- knowledge of proper food preparation techniques
- knowledge of food storage and handling
- previous experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
- possession of valid food handlers card if applicable
- ability to walk, sit, and stand for long periods
- must be 18 years or older or in accordance with state law
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- eligibility to work in the United States
- availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime

- high school diploma or GED preferred, culinary schooling a plus
- eligibility to work in the United States
- availability to work varying shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends
- openness to work overtime as required
Job Duties
- prepare side and sushi items according to portioning, recipe, and service guidelines
- work primarily in front of guests at the sushi bar
- ensure portioning of foods prepared
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the sushi bar and equipment
- entertain and perform in front of guests
- collaborate effectively with team members
- monitor food storage and handling techniques
