Mujō, an omakase-style modern edomae sushi restaurant, is seeking an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. We are a small restaurant with 15 seats, open for dinner only. The ideal candidate must be familiar with proper nigiri technique and competent in Japanese fish butchery.
