Job Requirements

  • high school or equivalent education
  • one to two years experience as a sushi chef
  • two to three years culinary experience
  • food handlers permit
  • ability to work nights, weekends and some holidays
  • ability to speak, read and understand basic cooking directions

  • standalone restaurant experience
  • culinary degree from an accredited culinary program
