- Minimum of 2 years experience as a sushi chef in fine dining or high volume restaurant environments
- Ability to listen to and facilitate special requests from guests
- Proven sushi workspace management skills
- Strong skills in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress

Job Duties
- Manage inventory levels for a wide range of raw fish and other ingredients
- Prepare all types of sushi including nigiri, sashimi, and handrolls
- Attention to detail in the food preparation process, mastering quality control
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between coworkers
